This blog is about my experiences as a life coach working with clients from all over the world over skype and locally in South India.
A qualified Co-active coach from the Coaches Training Institute in London, I enjoy coaching a broad client base – from entrepreneurs to executives, mothers, academics and designers.
After taking a sabbatical, I came to the conclusion that I needed to change careers and become a coach to focus on my passion for personal development and growth.
I coach from South India where my partner Shivi and I are setting up Maitree House – a space for yoga, wellness and coaching retreats.
Creative writing is another one of my passions. Last year, I published my first novella ‘Love Turns’. If you’re interested in finding out more, have a look at my blog.
I draw upon my yoga and meditation practice as well as my strategy consulting background to help clients find a balance – between thought and action, between being mindful and being practical.
A common theme in client feedback is that my coaching style is natural, bright and impactful. And this is how it feels. It is a natural extension of what I enjoy doing – creating a safe space, tracking down the real issue and challenging the client to move forward.
